1. The Program
Brew City Blooms ("we," "us," or "our") offers a text messaging program (the "Program") that sends subscribers reminders, pickup notifications, and account-related updates about their bouquet subscription. By opting in, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (via our website, checkout process, or a keyword text), you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Brew City Blooms at the number provided. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message content may include:
- Pickup and bouquet-ready reminders
- Subscription renewal or billing notices
- Order and account status updates
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your subscription plan and pickup schedule.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Brew City Blooms is not responsible for any charges billed by your wireless carrier.
5. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the Program at any time. Text STOP to the number from which you receive messages. After texting STOP, we will send one final confirmation message, and you will no longer receive messages from the Program. If you wish to rejoin, sign up as you did initially, or otherwise text the applicable opt-in keyword.

7. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier coverage and support may vary, and Brew City Blooms is not liable for undelivered or delayed messages caused by your carrier.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess a valid mobile phone number to participate in the Program.
9. Our Right to Modify or Terminate
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or these Terms, at any time, with or without notice. We may also change the phone number or short code from which messages are sent.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By opting in to the Program, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
11. No Warranty
The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program, including but not limited to timeliness, delivery, or accuracy of messages.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brew City Blooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Program.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
